OUR RAP

As an inclusive organisation we're proud to present our "Reflect" RAP in our ongoing commitment to Reconciliation Australia.

We are an endorsed Reconciliation Australia Company and love that we have a diverse, multicultural workforce.

We firmly believe our business has a responsibility to help educate our employees on the meaning of reconciliation and the histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

OUR VISION FOR RECONCILIATION IS TO BE AN ORGANISATION THAT EMBRACES AND INCORPORATES RECOGNITION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER PEOPLE AND CULTURES INTO OUR EVERYDAY OPERATIONS.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING TO ACHIEVE

  • To implement a benchmark survey of Reconciliation awareness of cleaning staff.

  • To have 25% of the RAP Committee represented by operations cleaning staff to work with a Board member, CEO (Charlie Sykes) and staff management for RAP preparation.

  • Increased staff awareness of Reconciliation by 25% that is measured through a staff survey completed in October of each year.

  • To engage with our regional locations and regional employees through educational opportunities.

  • To better engage with our indigenous community and indigenous staff base.

  • To increase our engagement with clients on reconciliation.

  • To increase opportunities for indigenous employment through training sessions and mentorship programs.

  • To engage with our clients in their RAP through events and educational opportunities.
